What part of Tampa Bay feels most like home to you, and why?
Carrollwood and Tampa feel like home — I've built my life here, learned here, met people from every background here. What I love about this part of Tampa Bay is how it brings families, professionals, and entire communities together in one place.
What made you choose real estate as more than just a career?
I chose real estate because I want to be there for clients during decisions that really matter. Buying or selling a home is emotional, and it can feel overwhelming if you're going through it alone. My job is to make sure my clients feel supported and informed at every step — not just to close the transaction, but to be someone they trust through a real moment in their lives.
What do you wish more clients understood before buying or selling?
I wish more clients understood how much early preparation changes everything. When you know your finances, your goals, and your options before you start, the process is calmer and every decision feels clearer. The work you do at the beginning is what makes the result feel right at the end.
When you are not working with clients, where can people usually find you?
When I'm not working with clients, I'm usually with my family — cooking, listening to music, or learning something new. I like surrounding myself with the things that keep me grounded, and I'm always looking for ways to grow both personally and in my work.
What kind of client moment reminds you why you do this work?
When a client lets out the breath they've been holding — excited, relieved, sometimes emotional — that's the moment that reminds me why I do this. Helping someone take a real step toward a better future is the reward. Especially when they know they didn't have to do it alone.
